Just when I realized that I was too busy with this little project of mine and I hadn’t written a blog yet, there was a power outage. It lasted between 7:30PM and 22:00PM and didn’t fancy to sit behind the keyboard after that.
After our 2 day journey in Euro Disney, we headed towards the South of France, Sète to be more specific
We have a tradition going on. With the Easter Holidays we – that’s the family and some friends with kids having the same age as ours – visit an amusement park and in autumn we go to a bungalow park. So we went last WE to Movie Park in Germany.

It has been a week full of pottering around. As mentioned in a previous blog, I started with paperless caching. I finally got used of this (somewhat tedious, compared to simply printing out stuff) way of working, so I though it would be time to do put the spoiler pics on my Z22 too.
It’s a warm sunny autumn day today, so I decided to find a geocache whilest being in lunch break. I picked Een huis voor een muis GC19BY8 for this purpose. I drive past this cache every day when I commute and it’s near the office. After my search for the correct access path, I discovered the stash very quickly. I didn’t even need to look for it. The wrapping of the cache made it showy and one could even could consider it as trash. After the logging, I decided that it needed a bit more camouflage. Back home and still on holiday for the rest of the week, we decided to tackle another cache in the neighboorhoud: Wijds Lubbeek – Mystery GC1DJ5K. Actually it was my second try. The day we left for the WE at Landal, I decided to tackle this rather quickly. That was too optimistic. After the confusing about which of the two searches in Lubbeek to take as reference, the tree and the viapoint caused confusion. Read more…
Today was my inauguration and I wanted to find my first cache on my own. My son went to the scouts, thus I took my wife and daughter with me to discover Groen Lubbeek – Laure’s geboortecache GC1B47T. The weather wasn’t promising but when we started, the sun popped up between the clouds. Read more…
