Snow over the party
Today was the big day. I wanted to achieve two things: getting my 100th find and breaking a day record. In order to achieve this, I mapped a route out of 20 caches in the French speaking (aka Walloon) part of Belgium. But things didn’t start as expected. First of all, it was still a bit blustery in my stomach and there was the expected snow. I already had two car accidents during geocaching, so I took it easier and anticipate how much I could do without taking risks. This is the list:
- L142 – Jodoigne Station GC14QDD
- L142 – Huppaye Station GC14QCF
- L142 – HEDENGE GC13NRB
- L142 – Tumulus d’Hottomont GCWGPP
- L142 – Noville Taviers station GC17Q9H
- L142 – La Mehaigne GCYPE3
- L142 – Eghezee Station GC17QY1
- L142 – Leuze Station GCW798
- L147 – Sauveniere Station GC1HAN7
- L147 – Thorembais-Grand-Leez Station GC1E64G
- L147 – Les Cinq Etoiles GC1HAMB
- L147 – La Source du Thorembais GCXNX0
- L147 – La Grande Gette GC1E4ZH
- Le Pape, la Vierge et le Cycliste GC1KDY2
- Le Sentier du Presbytere GC1E761
- Tumulus de Glimes GC11FC7
- Black magic GCP1HK
As you can see, most start with an L14. These used to be the numbers of the rail roads, but don’t exist anymore. They are converted into cycle tracks and the stations got other destinations.

Congratulations for your Website. Great idea for having picked up so many caches in “Indiana Jack Land”
In some weeks, you will be able to make a similar journey (with your bike, I hope
on the North-East part of the L147 railway track :

Hi Indiana Jack,
I will certainly come back in order to discover the rest of your caches.

Congrats on reaching the milestone of most finds in a day. Always cool to do that! And congrats on No. 100!
