That’s the number of caches I’ve found until yesterday. I’m a “real” geocacher now.
That is according to these ranking which only starts to count when you’ve more than 200 finds.
As you can see, the numbers don’t show up yet, but they seem to update the stats only twice a week. And yes, it isn’t about the numbers but for the sport or the good company. I had yesterday the privilege to join Freggie on a raid of 15 caches. I know Freggie since I started to cache for real with my own gear and he was/is always there for me with advise and assistance since then.
This time I asked if he wasn’t interested in a mutual trip. The raison was a mystery I’ve solved earlier and I knew it was located in a abandoned, never finished building. I’m a scaredy-cat when it comes to this and I thought it would be safer anyway if we were with two. Freggie liked the idea and he made immediately a tour list of trads, multis and mystery/puzzle caches. The result was a nice mixtures of caches with a twist:
- Meentocht GC1AWRC
- Eekhoven GC1BJXJ
- Hof Ten Eiken GC1CEDW
- Plein van de Verdraagzaamheid GC1MNTK
- The one with … the classic end GC136EB
- Napy’s achtertuintje GCYGPX
- Lost Effort GC1HAH7
- Dimi’s mysterie GC1MBQE
- FaceNorth23′s Wedding Cache GCY3XY
- “Spam” GCWDQM
- Recyclage GC18PJ7
- De tovenaar van ozi GC1MKFY
- Dubbelslot GC189G6
- Time2Play #1 GC12DYX
- A M N E S I A GC10VTD
I enjoyed this day very much. Nice caches, nice weather and very good company. What else does one need?
